The Journal pages of this publication provides a platform for emerging and seasoned researchers, consultants, practitioners, and recent graduates in Canada, the USA, the Caribbean and its diaspora to share their research findings.

It is here to facilitate the growth of grey literature in strategy, marketing, performance management, entrepreneurship and trade unique to Caribbean-Canadian and Caribbean organizations. By Caribbean we refer to the Caribbean and its diasporic markets.  We are devoted to publishing high quality articles and stories that are easily accessible and available for a price that is inclusive.

We welcome guest submissions by entrepreneurs, consultants and researchers with no Caribbean roots form Canada, the USA and elsewhere in particular countries from which the DNA of the peoples of the Caribbean and their entrepreneurship and business DNA comes. The Caribbean diasporic markets include Canada, USA, UK, The Netherlands, The Middle East, Asia, Pacific, Africa and Latin America.
